OO1. How to Order
- Check my Discord server for more art, deals, and more examples of my comms !!
• Use the order format or provide clear references + descriptions.
• Check my #queue page for updates.
• If you haven’t heard from me in two weeks, you may ask for an update (no spam).
• If you’re unresponsive for 14 days, the commission is considered abandoned with no refund.OO2. Payment & Refunds
• Please wait for me to let you know when to send the payment.
• Payment is done through PayPal, using Friends & Family.
• If you cancel the commission after the sketch is completed but before payment, a sketch fee will be charged based on work done.
• No refunds after payment has been made, unless I cancel the commission.
• Chargebacks without communication are considered fraud. I keep all WIPs and timestamps for dispute evidence.OO3. Turnaround Time & Deadlines
• Artwork takes from 1 to 4 weeks or more depending on complexity and queue position.
• If you have a deadline, discuss it with me before ordering.
• If I have other orders, expect a wait of at least a week before I start on yours.OO4. Customization & Special Requests
• If you need a specific canvas size, mention it when ordering.
• You will receive updates at sketch, lineart, and color stages unless you request fewer updates..
• Revisions:
- Sketch stage: 1–2 free revisions
- After lineart: only minor changes allowed
- Major changes after lineart or color will have an extra fee
- Please communicate any changes clearly and early.OO5. Watermarks & Artist’s Rights
• All artwork includes a small watermark—please do not remove it.
• I retain full copyright to all artwork.
• You receive a personal-use license only unless commercial rights are purchased.
• I may share commissions on social media or my portfolio, but you may request the piece to remain private.OO6. Usage & Restrictions
• Personal use only. No reselling, redistributing, heavy edits, tracing, or claiming the art as your own. > Strictly prohibited:
• Uploading or using my art for AI training, datasets, NFTs, or any image-generation platform.
• Commercial use (merch, branding, promotional material, etc.) requires a separate agreement and an additional fee.OO7. Final Delivery
• Final art is delivered in PNG.
• Layered files are not provided unless previously agreed on.
